How can CBS This Morning find Boko Haram for an interview when the government can’t track them down?

A member of Islamist militant sect Saleh Abubakar,revealed to CBS This Morning‘s Debora Patta in an interview in Abuja, that there are plans to abduct more schoolgirls.  The interview has lead many to question how the news station was able to locate and contact a Boko Haram member, yet efforts to rescue the girls have lead to dead ends.
